What we offer

Round Door Studio provides bilingual Mandarin and English audio stories, vocabulary, discussion prompts, and cultural activities designed for families raising bilingual children. Some content requires a free account to access.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account. Parents and guardians may create accounts on behalf of their children.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including stories, audio, illustrations, text, and design — is owned by Round Door Studio and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Printable story packs, where provided, are licensed for personal and classroom use only.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Share, resell, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content

Disclaimer

Our content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes. We make no guarantees about language learning outcomes. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

Round Door Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content.

Payments & memberships

Some features of Round Door Studio are available through paid memberships or one-time Story Pack purchases.

Memberships renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account's billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

A one-time Story Pack purchase grants ongoing access to that Story Pack through your account, including any future updates or improvements we make to that Story Pack at no additional cost.

Prices may change in the future, but any changes will apply only to future purchases or renewals as permitted by law.

Refund policy

Memberships

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account's billing portal. Monthly and yearly memberships remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. We do not provide refunds or prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

One-time Story Pack purchases

Story Pack purchases are one-time purchases that provide ongoing access to the purchased Story Pack through your account. This includes any future updates or improvements we release for that Story Pack at no additional cost.

Because access is granted immediately and continues indefinitely, Story Pack purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or if a technical issue prevents access to your purchase.
